He is the President of CNETO and the Scientific Coordinator of the Design & Health Lab, contributing to the development of innovative healthcare infrastructure.

Full Professor of Environmental Technical Physics, his research focuses on energy conservation, energy efficiency, and integrating renewable energy sources in buildings. Giuliano is the author or co-author of over 20 technical books and more than 50 scientific articles, establishing himself as a key figure in sustainable construction and energy certification. He is a past president and current chair of the Scientific Committee of GBC Italia.

He has participated in European projects aimed at enhancing ecosystem services and specializes in ESG analysis and reporting for various types of organizations.
